Located near the Downtown Disney and Old Key West, this is whre you can dive into an exotic, tropical paradise, and where families can escape to high waves of excitement and cool, relaxing fun. The fun takes place at the foot of Mount Mayday. Body surf in a 2.75-million-gallon wave pool. Zip down awesome body slides. Feeling brave? You can even swim with real, live sharks!

Typhoon Lagoon features 3 seperate slides, 3 additional slides that use tubes, a wave pool, a lazy creek, a shark pool and a kids area with slides. If you are brave enough, you can snorkel with the sharks in Shark Reef. All the gear is included, you just need to sign up. Surfing lessons are also available before and after park hours for an additional fee. You can cal (407) WDW-SURF (939-7873) to get more information.
There is also two full service restaurants, Leaning Palms and Typhoon Tilly's, plus several snack bars.
Typhoon Lagoon is accesible by bus from any Disney resort, or by car.
Ticket Prices are currently $29.95 for adults, and $24.00 for kids, plus tax. Entrance is included if you have an Ultimate Park Hopper Ticket or a Park Hopper Plus Ticket.
