Reservations for Jim Hill Media tours are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your spot, simply complete the requested information below and click the "Submit" button. We will process your request promptly and reply to you usually the same business day but no later than the next business day to confirm availability. Payment can be made either by telephone or online using a secure link that will be provided to you upon confirmation of availability for your requested tour.

Payment and deposit policies are as follows:
For tour only reservations, full payment is required within two weeks of booking to confirm the reservation. Payments are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the tour date. No payments may be refunded within 30 days of the tour date.

For Mouseketrips tour packages, the change and cancellation policy will be that of the hotel/property/organization where the tour is booked. For instance, for tours of the Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World, Disney's resort cancellation policies would apply. Contact us for more details on the policies for a specific tour.
