At first, I was hesitant to use a travel agent rather than booking directly with Disney. However, Heather was extremely helpful throughout the entire process in answering questions, making payments, providing recommendations, resolving a magicband shipping issue, and so much more. For our trip to Disney, Nikki made it a smooth seamless process, handling all the details for me. I would have been totally lost without her. I have used Dana multiple times and she is WONDERFUL, AMAZING. She is very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. She applies discounts as soon as they come out. Booked our first trip with the family to Disney through Dana @ Mouseketrips. Dana helped us pick the right resort, book all our tickets, suggest great restaurants for our family, helped us plan our itinerary for the week, what fast passes to get and when, and made sure we did everything on time so we got the best selection of everything. When I had a question, I usually had a response within an hour...even in the middle of the night. During our trip we never spent more than 15-20 minutes in a line and had fast passes for all the right rides at the right time. I can not thank Dana enough for helping us make our first trip so great. Can't wait for our next trip and working with Dana again.

I went in to this whole Disney planning process totally overwhelmed after my cousin told me I needed to make a spreadsheet to plan it... a spreadsheet??? NO CHANCE! so I called Nikki and she has been with me every step of the way, going above and beyond to do all of the leg work for me. My trip planner was Dana Kidd, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, and was very patient with me every step of the way. And she was available to partially reschedule a trip the day before departure due to a late season snow storm that caused a flight cancellation. I originally started out as the coordinator of 4 families, for a Disney Cruise. After hard work looking for a travel planner, I landed at Mousketrips and with Laura. After five long months of planning, I stepped down and allowed another family member to take the reigns and they booked with another company. I said all of that to say this, Laura was incredible. I had tons of questions and sent tons of emails, asking her to change this and add that, and what's the new total? Not once did she lead me to believe that I was being a nuisance. She was patient, caring, and very knowledgeable of her Disney services. I told her in email that if it had been left up to me, that I wouldn't have hesitated to book directly through her just for the time and effort that she put into making sure our vacation was one to remember. Catherine with Mouseketrips assisted my family in planning our trip to Disney world last October. There is no extra charge for her services. She is amazing. She met with me a few times and was very responsive to all my texts. She listened to what we wanted to do and made wonderful suggestions. She planned everything. This was my 2 young children's first trip to Disney World. I wanted it to be as close to perfect as possible so I decided to use a Disney travel agency. I did some research (as I have never used a Disney Travel agency) and went with Mouseketrips. I definitely made the right choice. Irene Vane went out of her way to help plan our trip and to provide all of the guidance necessary to make our trip great and the planning less stressful. We used Brooke with Mouseketrips and she was amazing! She had such insight and suggestions that we never would have thought of. She suggested we book a double stroller and have if delivered to the hotel which was a fabulous idea. She suggested we order food from Vons and have it delivered to the hotel to bring into the park for snacks and water and even breakfast and that was a fabulous idea. She created an itinerary of the best rides and times of day to do the rides catered specifically for my 4 and 5 year old. Those were just some of the things. Our trip was incredible! It was smooth sailing! And we have Brooke to thank for all of it! I already have 2 more trips booked through her and we will never consider Disney travel without using her. Absolutely recommend! Working with Nikki once before, my future husband contacted her to surprise me for my 30th birthday. She is BY FAR the only planner we will use moving forward, as she completely outdid herself! She booked everything for us, hooked us up with an amazing STANDARD room that ended up having a savanna view and offered insight and input into what reservations would be best for us. Biggest perk - fast passes! We didn't have to worry about them at all. She is fabulous! (Not to mention our first trip with her was cancelled due to a hurricane, and Nikki used her extra time to make sure that we had a fabulous hotel, got all the fast passes we needed and did it all while keeping us calm!) My family of 3 just got back from a weeks vacation to Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando which was all planned out for us by Kelly at Mouseketrips. I am so glad I found out about the company and had Kelly to help us throughout this journey! We planned it about 9 months ago. Kelly let us know when it was time to book restaurant reservations, character interactions etc. She got us fast passes for all the best rides, which in itself was priceless. To ride Avatar Flight of Passage it was a 2 hour line, but only waited 20 minutes! These passes made all the difference in our experiences at the parks. Not only did she help with the Disney portion, but we added on Universal and she got us a great hotel and front of the line tickets there too!
There is no way I could have planned all this out by myself. I usually do our travel reservations and itineraries to Europe, but Disney was a beast onto itself! If you are investing in going to Disney anyways, take the time to have the pros help you navigate these parks!

We had the best time ever at our vacation in Disney World this November. Everything went so smoothly and truly was a magical time. It was our very first time to Disney World and we hoped for the best and it was just amazing. Yes, we planned for a long time but what really made this experience was our wonderful travel agent Ms. Catherine Padron. We were so lucky and blessed to have her. She moves fast and you can tell she is a very responsible and hardworking person. I had another Disney agent that I found trough her YouTube channel, she didn’t help at all ! Nothing !!!!!!! We took a trip to Disney World in June , 2021 and Lindsey Jampol was our trip advisor extraordinaire! She did an outstanding job and helped coordinate our week so everyone really enjoyed the Disney experience! We are a multi-generational family with different kids' ages and she really gave us good advice and information prior to the vacation. Lindsey truly listens to what your trip is about and helps plan it accordingly! She gives you great information about details concerning the parks and resorts. This was our first real family vacation. We really had no clue where to begin. We knew we wanted to go on a Disney vacation but we weren’t sure if we wanted to go to Disneyland or Disney World. With all the mandates California had in place we decided we wanted to go to Florida, but we didn’t know how to even start. So I googled travel agents. I read reviews on Dana Kidd and I was really hoping she was my agent when I asked for a quote on a package. And sure enough she was assigned as our travel agent. Dana was very helpful, she basically took care of everything. She gave us options on different packages and when I asked for her opinion she didn’t hesitate to let me know what she thought. I absolutely will only work with Dana Kidd on Disney Vacations from her on out. I also was just told she now does Sea World packages and Universal Studios packages. My wife and I are already trying what to decide for our next vacation. But we will definitely be using Dana Kidd she gets 10 stars in my book!

Dana Kidd was wonderful at helping us book a hotel and the Disney World tickets. She also helped us buy our tickets to Universal. She helped to book our dining reservations and we were able to get early entry to both parks with her help. She also told us which parks to go to during the week. She helped booked our shuttle to and from the airport. She was very prompt about answer all our questions. We had a lot of questions because it was our first time to Florida. Kelly was great helping to create a memorable family vacation! It had been 6 years since we had been. So much has changed, and having her guide us though it was super helpful. Kelly took care of everything from helping to make the vacation a Christmas surprise for the family, to making food and activity recommendations and reservations, and providing really easy tips to navigate the parks and crowds. We have been to Disney a few times pre-pandemic but were having difficulty keeping up with all the changes, plus it had been a few years since we had gone and our priorities were different than 5 years ago. Lindsey was able to answer all my questions and helped us find and book a stay at a resort I never would have even looked at. She got me in contact with someone for a wheelchair and reminded me when to make dinner reservations, payment and even helped with Genie Plus. I will definitely work with Lindsey again. I found my way to Mouseketrips after an initially negative encounter attempting to book my first Disney trip in almost 20 years with another agency. I needed to feel like the agent I worked with could navigate the nuances of Disney booking details as well as cared about my vacation and my family's preferences. I found that in working with Dana. This is my first time using Mouseketrips and Kelly Stewart. This vacation was more than expected. Kelly was so knowledgeable on our daily festivities. I could not have planned this vacation without Dana! I wanted to plan a trip for our family before my husband’s deployment. I was feeling overwhelmed…..especially with the whole Genie system! Heather Lawrence was our trip advisor and she was amazing. We had a trip planned to Disneyland in 2020 with our son’s family, then the pandemic hit. Heather kept me abreast of everything that was happening at Disney right up to when we had to cancel😪 she kept in contact with how things were and I finally gave up.
Spring of 2021 came around and as I followed Heather’s posts, I contacted her and said maybe we should try Disney World this year. We talked about the situation and she gave me ideas and options. May 2021 we went to Disney World!

I just want to say how much help our agent Catherine Padron was, She was so awesome and professional. The trip got canceled once cause of Covid and we had to cancel once and Catherine Padron took care of it both times and rescheduled our trip twice and never had a problem getting it done. Catherine Padron always made sure that we got the best price and always updated us on discounts and saved us money numerous times. She always answered our questions anytime we emailed her and just kept in touch with us all the way until the day we left. She even booked us for a Star Wars ride that had to be done a certain time, which allowed me to sleep in a little longer. She was the best and I would highly recommend them for anyone trying to book a trip to Disney. I can't say enough how helpful and knowledgeable Catherine Padron was,she made life so much easier and less stressful. I was so grateful to have her as our agent. Traveling with a family group aged 4-71 with various mobility issues, food allergies and other limiting allergies, I realized that we needed a lot of specifications met to accommodate our group. Irene Vane was SO patient with us as she provided us with advice, quotes, and more quotes! She helped us set up everything we needed!
Irene was always friendly and eager to help. She has been in contact with us since booking the trip just to check in and see if there was anything more we needed to make the most of our very first Disney experience.

What an amazing trip! We spent four days in Disneyland and Disney California Adventure with our kids and grandkids and they all loved it! Nikki made all the arrangements for our party of eleven, including character meet and greets and lots of suggestions for things to see and do.

She has the Magic Bands sent to your home, makes recs for Fast Passes, books dining reservations, arranges the 'Magical Express' ride that takes your family from the Orlando airport to your hotel, sending luggage tags to your home so once you check in at the airport you don't have to deal w/ your checked bags as they arrive directly to your room. For one trip we had to fly out of Boston a day early to avoid a blizzard and left her a vmail before sunrise in her time zone. By the time we stepped off the plane in Orlando, she had left me a vmail w/ hotel reservation info for us. We have recommended her to many friends who have been thrilled w/ her as well. She planned our trip to celebrate our Princess turning 6, from the hotel to dining reservations to fast pass management. Our app went down in the park and she was unfailingly available to help us figure out what we were doing and where we should be. Her recommendations for restaurants and attractions that our daughter would enjoy were spot on! Even my husband, who was initially Mr. Negative about using a travel agent, did a complete 180 and fell in love with Catherine while on the trip. Everywhere we looked it seemed we saw people who appeared to have no idea where they were going/what they were doing, waiting in ridiculously long lines or just generally looking dazed and confused. Each time Jim would look knowingly at me and say, "They should've called Catherine..." If you want to do anything Disney related, you simply MUST call Catherine.
