The holiday season is just around the corner at Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World, which means sleigh bells are jingling and the countdown to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party has officially begun!

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a separately ticketed event that celebrates the most wonderful time of the year at Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This year, enjoy festive entertainment, overlays on classic rides, a storybook holiday atmosphere, and sweet treats.

What is Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party? 

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a special ticketed event that transforms Magic Kingdom into a winter wonderland during the holiday season at Walt Disney World. This exclusive celebration offers guests unique holiday entertainment, special ride experiences, enchanting seasonal decorations, and delicious holiday treats that you won’t find during regular park hours.

The party creates an intimate, magical atmosphere where families can experience the wonder of the holidays Disney-style, complete with character meet-and-greets, exclusive shows, and that special Disney magic that makes the season even more memorable.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Dates and Tickets

Tickets will go on sale July 16, 2026. Guests of Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, as well as Shades of Green at Walt Disney World Resort can book their tickets as early as July 9, 2026.

These dated event tickets do not require an additional day theme park ticket or Disney Park Pass theme park reservation. The 2026 event dates are:

  • November 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 24, 25, 27, 29
  • December 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22 

Tickets start at $189 per person, price varies depending on the date of the party. Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members may purchase specially priced tickets for select dates.

Reminder: Guests can begin their holiday cheer early! Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party guests can enter the park as early as 4:00 PM. Even though the party officially starts at 7:00 PM, guests have the option to arrive three hours earlier to kickstart their time in Magic Kingdom without the need of having a theme park ticket for that day.
