Be Our Guest Dinner Changes

Be Our Guest

It was a matter of time before this change was made. Be Our Guest has been the most popular Walt Disney World restaurant, and hardest reservations to get at Walt Disney World, since the restaurant opened in 2012. Several years ago, when Cinderella’s Royal Table was the most popular restaurant (and Le Cellier after that), Disney made changes to the menu, prices and dining plan requirements to reduce demand (and increase revenue). Both Cinderella’s and Le Cellier are still very popular, but not impossible reservations to find.

Starting on July 27, 2018, Dinner at Be Our Guest will be transformed to a signature restaurant, which means higher prices whether you are using cash or dining plan credits.

Be Our Guest Restaurant will offer an enhanced prix fixe dinner menu that boasts a variety of delectable French-inspired dishes and new offerings. This unique experience will make you feel like royalty with a three-course dinner that includes their choice of appetizer and entrée, followed by a personal dessert platter.

To start off the meal, the appetizer menu will include favorites like the French Onion Soup in addition to rich new offerings like Charred Octopus with citrus-laced fingerling potatoes, pickled hearts of palm and red pepper coulis; Escargot with herb garlic butter and toasted gremolata; and a selection of assorted meats and artisanal cheeses such as chicken liver pâté, chorizo sausage Manchego, and truffle tremor.

For the main course, you can feast on mouth-watering entrées such as Grilled Center-Cut Filet Mignon with potato au gratin, Romano beans, Cipollini marmalade and a cherry-laced red wine reduction or the Smoked Black-Eye Pea Tortellini with roasted seasonal vegetables, tomato relish and basil-scented tomato water. Other enticing dishes include Poulet Rouge Chicken, Saffron-Infused Seafood Bouillabaisse, Roasted Lamb Chops and Kurobuta Pork Tenderloins.

And that’s just the beginning! Be Our Guest chefs are hard at work putting the final touches on the fabulous desserts as well as the kid’s menu for this exquisite new dining experience.

So, relax! Let us pull up a chair, as the dining room proudly presents this new dinner feast beginning July 27, 2018 at Be Our Guest Restaurant. Reservations will open this Friday, February 23, 2018 and can be booked online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).

What this means: Starting July 27, 2018, Dinner only at Be Our Guest restaurant in the Magic Kingdom will have a fixed price menu, which will run about $55 per adult and $35 per child if you are paying cash, or 2 table service credits if you are using the Disney Dining Plan. During Dinner, Beast will still be there to greet his guests. Breakfast and Lunch will not change at Be Our Guest, and will remain as quick service meals (for the time being).
