Pop Century Standard Room Layout
Description: Disney’s Pop Century Resort will be Disney’s newest resort when it is opened to the public. Initially slated to open Spring of 2002, that has been put on hold, and no opening date has been announced. It will be Disney’s largest resort, featuring 5,760 rooms, the same size as the three All-Star Resorts combined. It will feature icons from the 20th century.
Amenities: The resort will feature three main pools, with themes of the classic years, bowling and computers. There will also be several playgrounds and an arcade.
Rooms: Standard rooms are approximately 260 Square Feet, and feature either a King or two Queen size beds, a small desk and sitting area. Rooms qualify as either a standard or preferred room.
Transportation: The Pop Century Resort is located near the Caribbean Beach Resort. Bus service is available to the Ticket and Transportation Center, the Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney-MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom Park and Downtown Disney directly from the resort.
Cost: Standard rooms start at $77 during value season up to $114 during the Holidays. Preferred rooms start at $87 during value season up to $124 during the Holidays. Other rooms are available.
