Today, Walt Disney World has announced a new overnight parking fee for all Walt Disney World resort guests. This new fee will be for each car that you park at the resort. Obviously, guests arriving via the Magical Express will not be charged a fee, but those driving will have to pay. Effective for reservations booked March 21, 2018 and thereafter, standard overnight self-parking is available to registered Guests for a fee that will be applied to their room charges upon check-out. All parking fees include applicable tax. If you have an existing reservation, there will be no charges for you to park (unless you make a reservation after March 21, 2018 that is).

We pay a high price to stay and play at Disney. Paying to park your car is wrong. This makes it harder to afford a vacation. I use to go to Disney two times a year. I can not afford to go one time a year now. With all of the increases.
I recently retired, so now I am really on a tight budget. It’s sad that Disney has forgotten the vision that Walt Disney wanted.
