However, Heather was extremely helpful throughout the entire process in answering questions, making payments, providing recommendations, resolving a magicband shipping issue, and so much more. I have used Dana multiple times and she is WONDERFUL, AMAZING. She is very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. She applies discounts as soon as they come out. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dana truly made our trip magical. She has the quickest response time to email's (and we had TONS) I've ever seen in any business. Booked our first trip with the family to Disney through Dana @ Mouseketrips. Dana helped us pick the right resort, book all our tickets, suggest great restaurants for our family, helped us plan our itinerary for the week, what fast passes to get and when, and made sure we did everything on time so we got the best selection of everything. When I had a question, I usually had a response within an hour...even in the middle of the night. During our trip we never spent more than 15-20 minutes in a line and had fast passes for all the right rides at the right time. I can not thank Dana enough for helping us make our first trip so great. Can't wait for our next trip and working with Dana again.

If I could give 10 stars to Nikki Greene I would. I went in to this whole Disney planning process totally overwhelmed after my cousin told me I needed to make a spreadsheet to plan it... a spreadsheet??? NO CHANCE! so I called Nikki and she has been with me every step of the way, going above and beyond to do all of the leg work for me. My trip planner was Dana Kidd, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, and was very patient with me every step of the way. She knows the parks inside and out which made booking fast passes more efficient. And she was available to partially reschedule a trip the day before departure due to a late season snow storm that caused a flight cancellation. I originally started out as the coordinator of 4 families, for a Disney Cruise. After hard work looking for a travel planner, I landed at Mousketrips and with Laura. After five long months of planning, I stepped down and allowed another family member to take the reigns and they booked with another company. I said all of that to say this, Laura was incredible. I had tons of questions and sent tons of emails, asking her to change this and add that, and what's the new total? Not once did she lead me to believe that I was being a nuisance. She was patient, caring, and very knowledgeable of her Disney services. I told her in email that if it had been left up to me, that I wouldn't have hesitated to book directly through her just for the time and effort that she put into making sure our vacation was one to remember. Laura is a divine asset to the Mousketrip team and I want them to know that they have a gem in her. Did I mention that she was even helping me and emailing me while she was on Thanksgiving vacation? Brett Bessey with Mouseketrips went above and beyond to make sure we had everything booked and all the information we needed to have an amazing vacation. Catherine with Mouseketrips assisted my family in planning our trip to Disney world last October. There is no extra charge for her services. She is amazing. She met with me a few times and was very responsive to all my texts. She listened to what we wanted to do and made wonderful suggestions. She planned everything. She did her best to make sure we had all discounts that we could use towards the cost of our trip. She also helped with our flights to and from. This was my 2 young children's first trip to Disney World. I wanted it to be as close to perfect as possible so I decided to use a Disney travel agency. I did some research (as I have never used a Disney Travel agency) and went with Mouseketrips. I definitely made the right choice. Irene Vane went out of her way to help plan our trip and to provide all of the guidance necessary to make our trip great and the planning less stressful. We used Brooke with Mouseketrips and she was amazing! She had such insight and suggestions that we never would have thought of. She suggested we book a double stroller and have if delivered to the hotel which was a fabulous idea. She suggested we order food from Vons and have it delivered to the hotel to bring into the park for snacks and water and even breakfast and that was a fabulous idea. She created an itinerary of the best rides and times of day to do the rides catered specifically for my 4 and 5 year old. Those were just some of the things. Our trip was incredible! It was smooth sailing! And we have Brooke to thank for all of it! I already have 2 more trips booked through her and we will never consider Disney travel without using her. Absolutely recommend! Working with Nikki once before, my future husband contacted her to surprise me for my 30th birthday. She is BY FAR the only planner we will use moving forward, as she completely outdid herself! She booked everything for us, hooked us up with an amazing STANDARD room that ended up having a savanna view and offered insight and input into what reservations would be best for us. Biggest perk - fast passes! We didn't have to worry about them at all. She is fabulous! (Not to mention our first trip with her was cancelled due to a hurricane, and Nikki used her extra time to make sure that we had a fabulous hotel, got all the fast passes we needed and did it all while keeping us calm!) My family of 3 just got back from a weeks vacation to Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando which was all planned out for us by Kelly at Mouseketrips. I am so glad I found out about the company and had Kelly to help us throughout this journey! We planned it about 9 months ago. Kelly let us know when it was time to book restaurant reservations, character interactions etc. She got us fast passes for all the best rides, which in itself was priceless. To ride Avatar Flight of Passage it was a 2 hour line, but only waited 20 minutes! These passes made all the difference in our experiences at the parks. Not only did she help with the Disney portion, but we added on Universal and she got us a great hotel and front of the line tickets there too! There is no way I could have planned all this out by myself. I usually do our travel reservations and itineraries to Europe, but Disney was a beast onto itself! We had the best time ever at our vacation in Disney World this November. Everything went so smoothly and truly was a magical time. It was our very first time to Disney World and we hoped for the best and it was just amazing. Yes, we planned for a long time but what really made this experience was our wonderful travel agent Ms. Catherine Padron. We were so lucky and blessed to have her. She was so very patient, kind, thoughtful, organized and extremely knowledgeable about everything Disney. We are Wilson and Fernanda Lopez , my travel agent is Dana Kidd !, I’m so impressed in how fast she responds all my e mails ! She moves fast and you can tell she is a very responsible and hardworking person. I had another Disney agent that I found trough her YouTube channel, she didn’t help at all ! Nothing !!!!!!! She only respond me a couple of times when I paid the 200 dollars for the trip that’s it ! After that nothing She never answer me my first email with questions that I resend three times for a month so I decide it to find another person because I’ really don’t know anything about Disney world so I need guidance. This was our first real family vacation. We really had no clue where to begin. We knew we wanted to go on a Disney vacation but we weren’t sure if we wanted to go to Disneyland or Disney World. With all the mandates California had in place we decided we wanted to go to Florida, but we didn’t know how to even start. So I googled travel agents. I read reviews on Dana Kidd and I was really hoping she was my agent when I asked for a quote on a package. And sure enough she was assigned as our travel agent. Dana was very helpful, she basically took care of everything. She gave us options on different packages and when I asked for her opinion she didn’t hesitate to let me know what she thought. I absolutely will only work with Dana Kidd on Disney Vacations from her on out. I also was just told she now does Sea World packages and Universal Studios packages. We have been to Disney a few times pre-pandemic but were having difficulty keeping up with all the changes, plus it had been a few years since we had gone and our priorities were different than 5 years ago. I just want to say how much help our agent Catherine Padron was, She was so awesome and professional. The trip got canceled once cause of Covid and we had to cancel once and Catherine Padron took care of it both times and rescheduled our trip twice and never had a problem getting it done. She has the Magic Bands sent to your home, makes recs for Fast Passes, books dining reservations, arranges the 'Magical Express' ride that takes your family from the Orlando airport to your hotel, sending luggage tags to your home so once you check in at the airport you don't have to deal w/ your checked bags as they arrive directly to your room. For one trip we had to fly out of Boston a day early to avoid a blizzard and left her a vmail before sunrise in her time zone. By the time we stepped off the plane in Orlando, she had left me a vmail w/ hotel reservation info for us. We have recommended her to many friends who have been thrilled w/ her as well. She planned our trip to celebrate our Princess turning 6, from the hotel to dining reservations to fast pass management. Our app went down in the park and she was unfailingly available to help us figure out what we were doing and where we should be. Her recommendations for restaurants and attractions that our daughter would enjoy were spot on! Even my husband, who was initially Mr. Negative about using a travel agent, did a complete 180 and fell in love with Catherine while on the trip. Everywhere we looked it seemed we saw people who appeared to have no idea where they were going/what they were doing, waiting in ridiculously long lines or just generally looking dazed and confused. Each time Jim would look knowingly at me and say, "They should've called Catherine..." If you want to do anything Disney related, you simply MUST call Catherine. She was like our personal Fairy Godmother and I can't wait to plan our next trip with her!
