This spring, the place to rub elbows with the characters is at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Disney just announced two new character meet and greet locations with all the glitz and glamour you would expect from a Hollywood movie set.
Come see who is “in” with the “in crowd” at the all-new Celebrity Spotlight, located in the Echo Lake district. This meet and greet will feature new and popular characters throughout the year. The Spotlight will open with a warm hug from our all-time favorite snowman Olaf! Olaf will meet his friends “in Summer” with a beach backdrop. No word yet how often the Disney celebrities will rotate, however it promises to be a must do for those who love to meet the latest Disney characters.
Not to be out done by any newcomers, Mickey and Minnie will be putting on their best to meet fans at their newest meet and greet: Mickey and Minnie Starring in Red Carpet Dreams. It will be located just off Commissary Lane near the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater restaurant. The location promises an extra special experience starting off with a walk down the red carpet to meet the big cheese and his main squeeze. Minnie will be appearing in a glamorous tribute to old Hollywood as a Tinsel Town Starlet. Nearby you can find Mickey portraying his most famous character in Fantasia: the Sorcerer’s Apprentice.
