However, Heather was extremely helpful throughout the entire process in answering questions, making payments, providing recommendations, resolving a magicband shipping issue, and so much more. For our trip to Disney, Nikki made it a smooth seamless process, handling all the details for me. I would have been totally lost without her. I have used Dana multiple times and she is WONDERFUL, AMAZING. She is very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. She applies discounts as soon as they come out. If I could give 10 stars I would. Dana truly made our trip magical. She has the quickest response time to email's (and we had TONS) I've ever seen in any business. Booked our first trip with the family to Disney through Dana @ Mouseketrips. Dana helped us pick the right resort, book all our tickets, suggest great restaurants for our family, helped us plan our itinerary for the week, what fast passes to get and when, and made sure we did everything on time so we got the best selection of everything. When I had a question, I usually had a response within an hour...even in the middle of the night. During our trip we never spent more than 15-20 minutes in a line and had fast passes for all the right rides at the right time. I can not thank Dana enough for helping us make our first trip so great. Can't wait for our next trip and working with Dana again.

If I could give 10 stars to Nikki Greene I would. I went in to this whole Disney planning process totally overwhelmed after my cousin told me I needed to make a spreadsheet to plan it... a spreadsheet??? NO CHANCE! so I called Nikki and she has been with me every step of the way, going above and beyond to do all of the leg work for me. My trip planner was Dana Kidd, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, and was very patient with me every step of the way. She knows the parks inside and out which made booking fast passes more efficient. And she was available to partially reschedule a trip the day before departure due to a late season snow storm that caused a flight cancellation. I originally started out as the coordinator of 4 families, for a Disney Cruise. After hard work looking for a travel planner, I landed at Mousketrips and with Laura. After five long months of planning, I stepped down and allowed another family member to take the reigns and they booked with another company. I said all of that to say this, Laura was incredible. I had tons of questions and sent tons of emails, asking her to change this and add that, and what's the new total? Not once did she lead me to believe that I was being a nuisance. She was patient, caring, and very knowledgeable of her Disney services. I told her in email that if it had been left up to me, that I wouldn't have hesitated to book directly through her just for the time and effort that she put into making sure our vacation was one to remember. Brett Bessey with Mouseketrips went above and beyond to make sure we had everything booked and all the information we needed to have an amazing vacation. Catherine with Mouseketrips assisted my family in planning our trip to Disney world last October. There is no extra charge for her services. She is amazing. She met with me a few times and was very responsive to all my texts. She listened to what we wanted to do and made wonderful suggestions. She planned everything. She did her best to make sure we had all discounts that we could use towards the cost of our trip. She also helped with our flights to and from. We had an excellent experience with Jaclyn! She went above and beyond to make our trip magical. No matter what time I contacted her she always responded in a very quick manner. This was my 2 young children's first trip to Disney World. I wanted it to be as close to perfect as possible so I decided to use a Disney travel agency. I did some research (as I have never used a Disney Travel agency) and went with Mouseketrips. I definitely made the right choice. Irene Vane went out of her way to help plan our trip and to provide all of the guidance necessary to make our trip great and the planning less stressful. The moral to the story is that I will be using Irene and Mouseketrips for every future Disney vacation going forward.

Every time I’ve thought about planning a Disney trip, I’ve gotten too overwhelmed and said maybe next year... Until I found Irene Vane that is-and she made planning the trip part of the fun. What an amazing trip! We spent four days in Disneyland and Disney California Adventure with our kids and grandkids and they all loved it! Nikki made all the arrangements for our party of eleven, including character meet and greets and lots of suggestions for things to see and do. Fantasmic, parades, Jedi training, meal suggestions... it was definitely the trip of a lifetime. She planned our trip to celebrate our Princess turning 6, from the hotel to dining reservations to fast pass management.
