Our family has booked two vacations with Mouseketrips. Our first trip was to Disney World in 2020 and our most recent trip was to Disneyland/Universal Studios Hollywood. Kelly Stewart was our travel coordinator for both trips. She is amazing! If you’re planning a trip to either location, I would highly recommend that you contact her to do your planning. You will not regret that decision. Kelly will take care of everything. And I mean everything! You need to plan well in advance and have a person like Kelly who knows everything about the parks so you and your family can take full advantage of all that is offered. If you’re thinking about attending a Disney park, do yourself a favor and call Kelly!+3Posted on Google

Susan Ray591 days agoWe referred to Dana by a close friend who had her plan their previous Disney trips. She has now planned our trip last year that was Disney only and we leave in a week for this year's trip for 7 days, 6 nights, 2 days at Universal, 3 days at Disney. She is knowledgeable, extremely fast at returning emails, and if you do not understand something she will schedule a phone call. She gives great advice and can get reservations that would normally be hard to get. I have now recommended her to my boss and he was agreeing with what I bragged about her. He is on her list for a trip in Feb 2026 as soon as the packages are released. As long as we keep going to Universal or Disney, she will be our planner and I will brag about her and keep referring her to everyone I know. We LOVE MousekeDana!!!+0Posted on Google

Anna Selby686 days agoWhen we decided to book a Disney vacation I felt overwhelmed and had no idea where to begin. A friend recommended Kelly Stewart, and reaching out to her was the single most important decision throughout this process. She walked me through every single step, answering all of my questions, keeping me on track, and gifting me her knowledge for this magical place. We had the most incredible time at Disney- it surpassed all my expectations. I thought she was helping me with our “one and done” Disney vacation, but after working with her I’m ready to plan another. Thank you, Kelly, for your help making our Disney dreams come true!! Brooke Gilbert785 days agoCatherine has planned two Disney and one universal trip for my family. The first Disney trip was for 9 people including one with special needs and two seniors in motorized carts. We had zero issues and were able to get all the dining reservations we wanted. I would have been completely lost without her instructions and itinerary. I cannot recommend this service enough!+3Posted on Google

She guided us through every step: navigating transportation, park plans, making dinner reservations (for two parties), and DAS. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Our four little princesses had an amazing trip, including the Bippity, Boppity, Boutique, thanks to Dana. We highly recommend her services!+0Posted on Google

Working with Jaclyn is great. Not only is she easy to work with, her park and event knowledge is off the charts. She has made great suggestions and add-ons ideas to our trips. She has caught things that I have overlooked, and worked with us to make what seemed impossible a reality. I think the only thing I have not asked her is what seat to pick out on a flight - but I may next time! I encourage anyone planning a trip, or even just doing some research to reach out to her.Posted on Facebook

Mariko Kawachi273 days agoI cannot say enough wonderful things about Jaclyn Sherman Rhoads. We have booked 3 Disney trips and a Disney cruise with her. She is extremely responsive, patient and knowledgeable. Very honest about rates, pros/cons of different resorts and plans, etc. Was super helpful with planning out the days and meals too. I especially loved her facebook posts and Instagram stories that I also found extremely helpful. I recently said, "I wish you could book non Disney trips too" and she said "I do!" So we are now venturing to other parts of the world thanks to her.Posted on Facebook
Kathy York371 days agoKelly Stewart was the Mouseketrips coordinator for our vacation. To say that she was the best ever is an understatement. We had a group of 15 people going on out trip to Disney World. Kelly handled EVERYTHING for us. I can't tell you how many times she calmed my nerves. We were able to get reservations for everything that we wanted to do via Kelly. She was relentless in making this the best experience for all of us. Cai Bush1489 days agoIf you’re asking yourself if you should use a travel agent, the answer is: YES!!! This is my first time using a travel agent and it has been the best experience. Starting off Mousketrips made it super easy to fill out a quote form. They get back to you quickly. I heard back in less than 24 hours! My agent is Irene Vane and she has been super helpful. Although this is my third Disney cruise, this is the first one I actually booked so it was a lot to think about and Irene has made it super easy. To begin, she showed me different room types and their price. She also included the price of two stateroom (at my request) which was super helpful. Every time I had a question she was able to help and answered. Even when she was on vacation, I was able to get an answer from her quickly and if there was something I needed something done, she did it as soon as she back home. She was able to get my family the Disney + deal which is a super great deal and had I not booked with a travel agent we probably would missed out. We haven’t set sail yet but I already booked my Disney World trip with her for next year! It costs no extra to book with an agent so do it!Load more
