From the moment your reservation is made until you depart, we actively monitor for any new promotions, discounts, or price reductions that apply to your booking. Our agents are notified within minutes of when a new discount is released, regardless of the time of day or night, which could mean the difference between you getting the discount or not.

I have an Annual Passport, Disney VISA Card, a Disney Plus subscriber, etc. Can you still get me my discounts?
Absolutely. We have access to all the published and well-known discounts such as the Annual Passholder, Disney VISA, Disney Plus Subscriber, Florida Resident, and other association discounts. In addition, we are often able to find and apply lesser known, unpublished, and “secret” discounts to save you even more money. We will closely examine all the details of your reservation and automatically apply any discounts for which you are eligible. Our primary goal is to construct the Disney vacation that is perfect for you. Since everyone is different and enjoys different things in a vacation, and since the Disney resorts and cruise line have so much to offer, everyone’s ideal Disney vacation is going to vary widely. We will take the time to find out what you absolutely don’t want to miss, what you might not mind skipping, what, where, and when you like to eat, what your budget is, where you like to stay, how you like to get around, and a myriad of other traveling preferences you might have. We’ll then use our extensive experience and knowledge base to put together a vacation plan optimized for your traveling style. We will include our recommendations on dining, shows and entertainment, tours and exhibits, and other hidden and lesser-known attractions not to miss. We’ll put together a list of tips and tricks that will help you beat the crowds, the weather, the clock, and the empty wallet syndrome. We’ll book all necessary reservations and priority seatings for you and put everything together in a neat and tidy package delivered right to your door. You just sit back, relax, and try to deal with the building anticipation for your ultimate Disney vacation!
What exactly do you help with? Just the booking, or the day-to-day planning too?
Both! Booking your resort, tickets, or cruise is just the beginning. Your Personal Travel Expert will also help you build out the details that make or break a Disney trip: which parks to visit on which days, how Lightning Lane works and whether it’s worth it for your family, when your dining reservation window opens and which restaurants to target, and how to navigate everything from Early Entry to virtual queues. Disney planning has gotten complicated, and that’s honestly why we exist. We’ll make sure you walk in on day one knowing exactly what to do.
What can you book? Do you handle flights, insurance or ticket-only orders?
We can book your complete Disney vacation package: resort, park tickets, dining plans, and Disney Cruise Line sailings. We can also add travel insurance to protect your trip, and in many cases we can help with ground transportation options. [If true: We’re happy to handle ticket-only orders as well. / If not: Because of how Disney structures ticket-only sales, we’re not able to book standalone tickets, but we’re glad to point you in the right direction.] For flights, [your actual policy]. Just ask. If we can’t book something ourselves, we’ll tell you honestly and help you find the best way to get it.
Can you book Disneyland Paris, Aulani, Adventures by Disney or Universal?
More than you might think! In addition to Walt Disney World, the Disneyland Resort, and Disney Cruise Line, we book Aulani in Hawaii, Disney’s Vero Beach and Hilton Head Island Resorts, Adventures by Disney guided vacations, National Geographic Expeditions, and both Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. The only destinations we can’t book are the international Disney parks, so Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disney, Shanghai, and Hong Kong are outside what we offer. For everything else on the list, we’d love to help!
Can you add a Universal stay to my Disney vacation?
Absolutely, and it’s more popular than ever! With the opening of Epic Universe, many families are combining a Disney World stay with a few days at Universal Orlando. We can book split-stay vacations that cover both resorts, including hotels, park tickets, and everything in between, all coordinated so your trip flows smoothly from one to the other. We’ll also give you honest advice on how many days each resort deserves based on your family’s ages and interests. One trip, twice the fun, and only one person to plan it all: your Personal Travel Expert.
When should I book?
Earlier than you’d think! Disney releases resort and package availability roughly a year and a half in advance, and the most popular resorts, room categories, and cruise staterooms sell out first. Booking early also puts our Rate Guardian service to work for you longer. If a discount comes out after you book, we’ll apply it automatically, so there’s no penalty for booking before promotions are announced. As a general guide: 6 to 12 months ahead for Walt Disney World, 3 to 6 months for Disneyland, and as early as possible for Disney Cruise Line, where prices typically only go up as sailings fill. That said, we love a good last-minute trip too. Contact us whenever the Disney itch strikes and we’ll find you the best available option.
How do I make a reservation?
It’s really pretty easy. Just click on any of the “Make a Reservation” buttons located throughout the Mouseketrips.com website, or click on the “Reservations” link on the Mouseketrips Menu. You’ll be redirected to our reservations page and can choose from there one of our reservations options. Then all you do is supply us with a few details and preferences and we do the rest. You can also use our e-mail contact form, which is accessed by clicking the link on the reservations page. Finally, you can simply pick up the phone and give us a call if you prefer. Whichever method you choose, however, you’ll be assured of finding a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable Mouseketrips staff member on the other end who will put together the best vacation possible at the best possible price.
Will somebody reply to my request right away?
We guarantee that you will receive a response within 24 hours. However, you’ll find that most of the time we’ll respond within minutes rather than hours. It’s important to us that you get the information you need, and we know how hard it is to wait when you’re trying to anticipate and plan your next Disney trip!
Which agents will I work with? Can I request someone specific?
When you request a quote, you’ll be matched with one of our Personal Travel Experts, and they’ll be your dedicated point of contact from first quote to welcome home. If you’ve worked with one of our agents before, or a friend raved about theirs, just mention their name when you reach out and we’ll happily connect you. Repeat clients almost always stick with “their” agent, and we take that as the highest compliment.
Why can’t I get prices online?
There are no automated prices on Mouseketrips. Because the Disney Resorts and Disney Cruise Line have such varied and extensive offerings, trying to produce a “one-size-fits-all” vacation does little to satisfy most travelers. We prefer a more personalized approach where we get to know you and your traveling preferences. Whether you are an all-out, pack-every-minute-full, Disney commando or someone who prefers to stop and smell the roses occasionally, we will custom-fit a vacation to your exact preferences. Our friendly Personal Travel Experts are never pushy or overbearing. We won’t try to sell you anything you don’t want. We’ll just create the best vacation you’ve ever taken.
I already have a Disney reservation. Can you still help me?
Certainly! Disney allows reservations booked directly with them to be transferred to a travel agency, and we’d be happy to take yours under our wing. Once transferred, we’ll review every detail, apply any discounts you might have missed, put Rate Guardian to work watching for price drops, and treat your trip exactly as if you’d booked with us from the start. One important note: Disney only allows transfers within 30 days of the original booking date and before final payment is made in full, so if you’re thinking about it, don’t wait. Reach out and we’ll handle the paperwork.
Do I have to pay for everything up front? Do you offer payment plans?
Not at all. Most Disney vacations require only a deposit to book, typically $200 for Walt Disney World packages [verify current amounts], with the balance not due until closer to your travel date. Between deposit and final payment, you can make payments of any amount, on any schedule that works for you. Many of our families book 8 to 12 months out and pay a little each month, so the trip is fully paid before they ever pack a suitcase. Your Personal Travel Expert will walk you through your exact deposit, due dates, and options when you book.
Is there a Minimum trips size or budget?
Nope! Whether you’re planning a one-night Disneyland getaway for two or a three-generation family reunion cruise, you’ll get the same attention, the same expertise, and the same service. No trip is too small, and no question is too basic. (And no trip is too big, either.) We love a challenge. However, we are unable to sell 1 or 2 day tickets to Disneyland or Walt Disney World, unless part of a package. We can sell longer tickets!
Changes, Problems & Special Situations
What if I need to change and/or cancel my reservation?
While we can’t think of anything worse than having to cancel a Disney vacation, we do understand that things happen and circumstances change. Your reservation will be made directly with Disney, and all of their change and cancellation policies will apply. Your Personal Travel Expert will review with you any rules and/or penalties regarding reservation changes or cancellations. We will work with you and with Disney to minimize any costs and carefully explain your options in the event of a change or cancellation.
What happens if Disney changes or cancels something on my trip?
Occasionally Disney adjusts things on their end. An attraction closes for refurbishment, a cruise itinerary changes, or in rare cases, weather affects operations. When that happens, we’re on it before most guests even hear the news. We’ll contact you with what changed, what your options are, and our honest recommendation. If Disney offers rebooking options, credits, or compensation, we’ll make sure you get everything you’re entitled to, and we’ll handle the phone calls so you don’t have to. It’s one more reason having an agent in your corner beats booking alone.
What if I run into problems after I depart for my vacation?
Put your mind at ease – you’re on vacation! We’ll do everything we can to make sure that all the details are taken care of before you leave, but we’re still available should something unexpected occur once you’ve begun your trip. Your Personal Travel Expert will provide you will contact information that will allow you to get in touch with us quickly in the event of unforeseen problems. Our top priority is to make sure that you have the best Disney vacation possible, and that commitment to you does not end after your reservation is booked. We’ll be with you the whole way – right up until you return from the best vacation you’ve ever taken!

Who are you guys, where did you come from, and why in the world do you do this?
Mouseketrips is a travel agency specializing in Disney destinations. We handle travel to the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, and Disney Cruise Line. We also cover Disney’s Hawaiian resort Aulani, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, and both US-based Universal theme park destinations.
Mouseketrips was founded on the passion we have for all things Disney. Known as “Disney geeks” among our friends, family, and associates, we found ourselves constantly answering questions on how to find the best deals for Disney travel and on how to get the most out of Disney vacations. We quickly discovered that we were having much more fun finding answers to those questions than we were having working at our regular jobs, and thus we decided to form Mouseketrips. We really want to help everyone (not just those unfortunates who happen to know us) have every bit as much fun on their Disney vacations as we do. All the Mouseketrips staff visit the parks and take cruises frequently, and not just because it’s now our job and we’re supposed to.
