At first, I was hesitant to use a travel agent rather than booking directly with Disney. However, Heather was extremely helpful throughout the entire process in answering questions, making payments, providing recommendations, resolving a magicband shipping issue, and so much more. I can happily say that using Mouseketrips made the trip even better and I don't regret the decision to use them at all. Thank you so much for all your hard work Mouseketrips and Heather!

For our trip to Disney, Nikki made it a smooth seamless process, handling all the details for me. I would have been totally lost without her. All of her expertise in picking out the perfect restaurants and fast pass selections, made it a stress free experience. Though I had to make changes during our booking, she was always helpful and made the changes with ease. She is an amazing travel agent, and a highly recommend her!

I have used Dana multiple times and she is WONDERFUL, AMAZING. She is very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. She applies discounts as soon as they come out. She has always answered questions even while we in Disney. She is "the best"!! Her knowledge of the resorts, places to eat, and the parks is just incredible!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dana truly made our trip magical. She has the quickest response time to email's (and we had TONS) I've ever seen in any business. She was there to explain everything to us 1st time Disney travelers and it meant the world to us. We will use Dana/Mouseketrips for EVERY Disney trip we go on in the future!

Booked our first trip with the family to Disney through Dana @ Mouseketrips. Dana helped us pick the right resort, book all our tickets, suggest great restaurants for our family, helped us plan our itinerary for the week, what fast passes to get and when, and made sure we did everything on time so we got the best selection of everything. When I had a question, I usually had a response within an hour...even in the middle of the night. During our trip we never spent more than 15-20 minutes in a line and had fast passes for all the right rides at the right time. I can not thank Dana enough for helping us make our first trip so great. Can't wait for our next trip and working with Dana again.

I could not have planned my Disney vacation without the help of Laura Buehner! She held my hand throughout the entire process. Gentle reminders to schedule meals or to book Fast passes. Giving me all the options I needed for where to stay and where to eat. I was able to email her or speak to her on the phone. I felt like I was her only client. She was so patient and kind. If I could give 10 stars to Nikki Greene I would. I went in to this whole Disney planning process totally overwhelmed after my cousin told me I needed to make a spreadsheet to plan it... a spreadsheet??? NO CHANCE! so I called Nikki and she has been with me every step of the way, going above and beyond to do all of the leg work for me. She has even emailed me on the weekends to help me out and has been the sweetest and most helpful person to work with! Honestly would never attempt this again without her. Thank you Nikki!!!

My trip planner was Dana Kidd, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive, and was very patient with me every step of the way. She knows the parks inside and out which made booking fast passes more efficient. And she was available to partially reschedule a trip the day before departure due to a late season snow storm that caused a flight cancellation. I would highly recommend her, and will book with her the next time my family goes to Florida. Thanks for everything!

I originally started out as the coordinator of 4 families, for a Disney Cruise. After hard work looking for a travel planner, I landed at Mousketrips and with Laura. After five long months of planning, I stepped down and allowed another family member to take the reigns and they booked with another company. I said all of that to say this, Laura was incredible. I had tons of questions and sent tons of emails, asking her to change this and add that, and what's the new total? Not once did she lead me to believe that I was being a nuisance. She was patient, caring, and very knowledgeable of her Disney services. I told her in email that if it had been left up to me, that I wouldn't have hesitated to book directly through her just for the time and effort that she put into making sure our vacation was one to remember. Laura is a divine asset to the Mousketrip team and I want them to know that they have a gem in her. Did I mention that she was even helping me and emailing me while she was on Thanksgiving vacation? This is what I mean. This is the kind of customer service that our world lacks today. Thank you Laura! I will always remember the service that you provided me. Mousketrips- Give her a raise!

Working with Mouseketrips to plan our Disney vacation could not have been easier. We were contacted the same day for a quote and were matched with Laura Buehner. I highly recommend this service as a trip to Disney is not so easy anymore. From dining plans, advanced dining reservations to fast passes these travel agents know Disney inside and out! Laura was always available to talk or email and she was very prompt in answering all of our questions. She was able to give us recommendations tailored to what we wanted to do. What was so nice was you could tell she loved planning Disney vacations and she was a joy to work with. We literally put on our magic bands and didn’t have to worry about anything else because we knew Laura already took care of it. You get 5 stars from me when the travel agent gets up at 4am their time to book the ADR for us. Oh and it’s all FREE! Just got home from our family vacation to Disney World and had a blast! Working with Dana Kids at Mouseketrips was so easy and pleasant! Brett Bessey with Mouseketrips went above and beyond to make sure we had everything booked and all the information we needed to have an amazing vacation. He even contacted me to remind me it was time to get my fast passes for Disney. A couple of days before we left we even received maps of all the parks. If you would like to have a great Disney vacation without all the worry of trying to schedule everything yourself I highly recommend Brett and Mouseketrips. Brooke was awesome and took care of every little detail. Catherine with Mouseketrips assisted my family in planning our trip to Disney world last October. There is no extra charge for her services. She is amazing. She met with me a few times and was very responsive to all my texts. She listened to what we wanted to do and made wonderful suggestions. She planned everything. She did her best to make sure we had all discounts that we could use towards the cost of our trip. She also helped with our flights to and from. While we were on our vacations she was available if any issues came up or we just simply had questions. Highly recommend having Catherine help with planning your Disney trip.

Brooke has been nothing but amazing! I had to push back the trip twice at the very last minute and if it wasn’t for Brooke I would’ve probably lost all of my hair from the stress. We had an excellent experience with Jaclyn! She went above and beyond to make our trip magical. No matter what time I contacted her she always responded in a very quick manner. She even showed up at our hotel on check in with a goodie bag, and it was her expected DELIVERY DAY for her baby! It was so wonderful to meet her and her husband after all the emails and texts. This was my 2 young children's first trip to Disney World. I wanted it to be as close to perfect as possible so I decided to use a Disney travel agency. I did some research (as I have never used a Disney Travel agency) and went with Mouseketrips. I definitely made the right choice. Irene Vane went out of her way to help plan our trip and to provide all of the guidance necessary to make our trip great and the planning less stressful. The moral to the story is that I will be using Irene and Mouseketrips for every future Disney vacation going forward.

Laura B. was a fantastic Disney planner and was a HUGE help in helping my family plan our trip to Disney. First of all, she is incredibly knowledgeable about everything about Disney. We used Brooke with Mouseketrips and she was amazing! She had such insight and suggestions that we never would have thought of. She suggested we book a double stroller and have if delivered to the hotel which was a fabulous idea. She suggested we order food from Vons and have it delivered to the hotel to bring into the park for snacks and water and even breakfast and that was a fabulous idea. She created an itinerary of the best rides and times of day to do the rides catered specifically for my 4 and 5 year old. Those were just some of the things. Our trip was incredible! It was smooth sailing! And we have Brooke to thank for all of it! I already have 2 more trips booked through her and we will never consider Disney travel without using her. Absolutely recommend! And there’s no additional cost which is amazing!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

Working with Nikki once before, my future husband contacted her to surprise me for my 30th birthday. She is BY FAR the only planner we will use moving forward, as she completely outdid herself! She booked everything for us, hooked us up with an amazing STANDARD room that ended up having a savanna view and offered insight and input into what reservations would be best for us. Biggest perk - fast passes! We didn't have to worry about them at all. She is fabulous! (Not to mention our first trip with her was cancelled due to a hurricane, and Nikki used her extra time to make sure that we had a fabulous hotel, got all the fast passes we needed and did it all while keeping us calm!) She is truly a professional and we love her! We highly suggest using Mouseketrips!!

My family of 3 just got back from a weeks vacation to Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando which was all planned out for us by Kelly at Mouseketrips. I am so glad I found out about the company and had Kelly to help us throughout this journey! We planned it about 9 months ago. Kelly let us know when it was time to book restaurant reservations, character interactions etc. She got us fast passes for all the best rides, which in itself was priceless. To ride Avatar Flight of Passage it was a 2 hour line, but only waited 20 minutes! These passes made all the difference in our experiences at the parks. Not only did she help with the Disney portion, but we added on Universal and she got us a great hotel and front of the line tickets there too! There is no way I could have planned all this out by myself. I usually do our travel reservations and itineraries to Europe, but Disney was a beast onto itself! Debbie was absolutely awesome!! We've been to Disneyland a ton of times, but this was our first time to Disney World and on a Disney cruise and I felt completely lost!! This was the second trip that Brooke planned for me and she did not disappoint. Everything was fabulous and magical, especially since we were newlywed and on our honeymoon. We had the best time ever at our vacation in Disney World this November. Everything went so smoothly and truly was a magical time. It was our very first time to Disney World and we hoped for the best and it was just amazing. Yes, we planned for a long time but what really made this experience was our wonderful travel agent Ms. Catherine Padron. We were so lucky and blessed to have her. She was so very patient, kind, thoughtful, organized and extremely knowledgeable about everything Disney. She was always reachable anytime we needed her and always made us feel welcomed no matter how many questions we had or how silly our questions were. Our Disney vacations is something we will always treasure, all the fun times we shared together. We told Catherine what we liked and disliked and she made it all happen in the most effortless way for us. She not only helped us plan our Disney World park days but also our resort stay, car rental, air flight (including magical express) and anything else we needed. We are Wilson and Fernanda Lopez , my travel agent is Dana Kidd !, I’m so impressed in how fast she responds all my e mails ! She moves fast and you can tell she is a very responsible and hardworking person. I had another Disney agent that I found trough her YouTube channel, she didn’t help at all ! Nothing !!!!!!! She only respond me a couple of times when I paid the 200 dollars for the trip that’s it ! After that nothing She never answer me my first email with questions that I resend three times for a month so I decide it to find another person because I’ really don’t know anything about Disney world so I need guidance. I’m so happy that I finally found Dana ! Today I went to my Disney experience and Dana already set it up . I didn’t say anything to her. I’m impressed that’s why I’m writing this review . You will be amazed by how responsible and fast she is ! And how much she cares . Is not easy to find a Disney travel like her ! I’m not worried about how I will plan my trip anymore ! We took a trip to Disney World in June , 2021 and Lindsey Jampol was our trip advisor extraordinaire! She did an outstanding job and helped coordinate our week so everyone really enjoyed the Disney experience! Nikki was incredible in making this trip perfect for my family. She learned what we wanted to do and then began to organize it so it was smooth from beginning to end. She was always there ready to answer questions; gave great advice on what to do and when; what rides to do and what times; and even where to stand during a fireworks show. This was our first real family vacation. We really had no clue where to begin. We knew we wanted to go on a Disney vacation but we weren’t sure if we wanted to go to Disneyland or Disney World. With all the mandates California had in place we decided we wanted to go to Florida, but we didn’t know how to even start. So I googled travel agents. I read reviews on Dana Kidd and I was really hoping she was my agent when I asked for a quote on a package. And sure enough she was assigned as our travel agent. Dana was very helpful, she basically took care of everything. She gave us options on different packages and when I asked for her opinion she didn’t hesitate to let me know what she thought. I absolutely will only work with Dana Kidd on Disney Vacations from her on out. I also was just told she now does Sea World packages and Universal Studios packages. My wife and I are already trying what to decide for our next vacation. But we will definitely be using Dana Kidd she gets 10 stars in my book!

Dana Kidd was wonderful at helping us book a hotel and the Disney World tickets. She also helped us buy our tickets to Universal. She helped to book our dining reservations and we were able to get early entry to both parks with her help. She also told us which parks to go to during the week. We have been to Disney a few times pre-pandemic but were having difficulty keeping up with all the changes, plus it had been a few years since we had gone and our priorities were different than 5 years ago. I just want to say how much help our agent Catherine Padron was, She was so awesome and professional. The trip got canceled once cause of Covid and we had to cancel once and Catherine Padron took care of it both times and rescheduled our trip twice and never had a problem getting it done. Catherine Padron always made sure that we got the best price and always updated us on discounts and saved us money numerous times. She always answered our questions anytime we emailed her and just kept in touch with us all the way until the day we left. She has the Magic Bands sent to your home, makes recs for Fast Passes, books dining reservations, arranges the 'Magical Express' ride that takes your family from the Orlando airport to your hotel, sending luggage tags to your home so once you check in at the airport you don't have to deal w/ your checked bags as they arrive directly to your room. She planned our trip to celebrate our Princess turning 6, from the hotel to dining reservations to fast pass management. Our app went down in the park and she was unfailingly available to help us figure out what we were doing and where we should be. Her recommendations for restaurants and attractions that our daughter would enjoy were spot on! Even my husband, who was initially Mr. Negative about using a travel agent, did a complete 180 and fell in love with Catherine while on the trip. Everywhere we looked it seemed we saw people who appeared to have no idea where they were going/what they were doing, waiting in ridiculously long lines or just generally looking dazed and confused.
