We’re booked on the Wonder, 10/5/2013 from Galveston. When I booked the cruise back in March, ads were showing a $200 onboard credit for our balcony stateroom. Now Disney says no onboard credit for this particular cruise. What gives? Thanks.
@ Jonathan – Discount on cruises come and go, as did the onboard credit offer. When you book your cruise, you must book it with the existing discount, which will be applied to your cruise, even after the discount expires. If you just book the cruise and the discount isn’t applied, then you don’t get it.
Onboard credits are funny though, you really need to call DCL or your travel agent and see if they are on your reservation, there isn’t any other way to check or find out, unless you wait until you are on the ship. The fact that they are not offering it now does not have any effect on your reservation.
